Whether you are a new entrepreneur or a seasoned business owner, key business strategies are essential to help you manage your business successfully. This series offers you low cost professional coaching by the experts. You pick the classes that meet your needs or attend all eight.
All sessions will be held from 6 p.m. to 8:15 p.m., beginning April 12 on a monthly basis. Full series (8 sessions) $200 for chamber members and $250 for non-members; Individual sessions are $35 for chamber members and $50 for non-members.
Session 1 - April 12: Introduction & Business, Planning & Cash Flow Management
Session 2 - May 10: Management Control, Time Management/Human Resources
Session 3 - June 14: Financial Resources, Strategic Planning
Session 4 - July 12: Selecting an Accounting Program, Management of Information Systems
Session 5 - Aug. 9: Marketing, Communications
Session 6 - Sept. 13: Customer Service, Ensuring Profitability
Session 7 - Oct. 11:Legal Entities/Issues, Business Ethics
Session 8 - Nov. 8: Effective Selling, Government Contracting
